Represents a textual expression in the Common Expression Language (CEL) syntax. CEL is a C-like expression language. The syntax and semantics of CEL are documented at https://github.com/google/cel-spec. Represents a relationship between two domains which makes it possible for users in one domain to be authenticated by a dc in another domain. At this point, Get will reflect an intermediate state.
