Question for baristas what do the abbreviations "Gr" and "Cb" mean? And "W/Room" for what? Someone recommended this as a super tasty order and I'm trying to figure our what to ask for.

Beyond that you have to customize it by adding additional shots or adding syrup or adding milk etc. And iced shaken espresso is a whole drink with a particular number of shots syrup, ice, and milk based on the size you order. It's closer to an iced Americano than it is to a iced espresso.
