Use an external hard drive, and move all your samples and projects to it, or spend like $2-5 to start any cloud service, OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox, etc. That should get you to the 100GB tier pretty easy. On the new machine, I recommend installing FL fresh, and I also recommend installing all of your VSTs /plugins fresh.

On new PC, install all software and plugins from scratch. It's really the best (only?) way to ensure 100% result. On old computer, "Collect All and Save" every project you want to xfer. Then copy your projects folder. Then copy Ableton User Library folder. Then your Samples folder, if it's separate.
