2000 Toyota Celica Gt Engine Swap

So you've decided to replace your 2000-05 Celica GT's oil-thirsty underpowered stock 1ZZ-FE with the Celica GTS's high revving 180hp 2ZZ. The Celica Chassis is shared with a few common Toyota models including, the Toyota MR2 (Turbo) and the Toyota Celica GT-four (alltrac). It could be said that the 2ZZGE replaces the 4AGE engine. It makes 180hp and revs very high, using variable valve.

165k miles isn't that much, especially for a toyota motor, I doubt your losing all that much power from stock. I want to swap the 1zz-fe with a 5 speed for the 2zz-ge with a 6 speed transmission. How would I go about that? Would I just need to swap the engine and trans or is there more to it?
