If you're talking about R1 Concepts I've installed 3 sets (on 3 different cars) of slotted rotors from them throughout the years. Never had an issue with any of them as they were put on daily drivers. Never taken them to the track so I can't speak on that behalf.

I had almost ordered Zimmerman/Akebono combo from fcpeuro, but I stumbled upon R1 concepts kit on amazon. so want to get an idea about the pricing and if its really worth going from all-R1 kit->Zimmerman/Akebono combo.
