Once you install the app you will need to launch the app and allow notifications from the RockED app You will be redirected to the BMW S. BMW employees, partners and dealers use the Authenticator Enrollment Portal (AEP) to enroll strong authentication methods needed for logging into BMW applications and systems. New Login Screen Layout: After you install the update, you will be asked to type in your S-Gate user ID and password.

After login you will be prompted to enable biometric login. From this point forward you can use the biometric login button for future login to the app. Note about password changes in S-Gate.
