Elevate Your Space: A Simple DIY End Table Guide

Gather Your Materials
Before you start, ensure you have all the necessary materials and tools. Here's a simple list to get you started:
- Two 1x12 boards (8 feet long)
- One 1x2 board (8 feet long)
- Wood glue
- Screws (1-1/4" and 2-1/2")
- Saw (circular or miter saw)
- Drill and driver bits
- Sandpaper (120-grit)
- Stain or paint (optional)
- Finishing oil or polycrylic (optional)
Measure and Cut Your Pieces
Using a miter saw or circular saw, cut your boards according to the following measurements:

Attach the Table Top
Center the table top (1x12 board) on the legs and secure it using 1-1/4" screws. Ensure the top is flush with the top of the legs. Now, your simple DIY end table is starting to take shape!

Sand and Finish
Using 120-grit sandpaper, lightly sand the entire end table to smooth any rough edges. Wipe off any dust and apply your chosen stain, paint, or finishing oil. Allow the finish to dry according to the package instructions.
