Turkish towels are looking good because of how little space they take up and they seem durable and versatile. Which brands do you prefer? I'd like to be able to get sets for the sheets and buy towels individually (but have the option for matching hand-towels & washcloths). We have the regular bath towels because we got our house before they made the spa ones.

It's a preference really, but we have some spa hand towels and they are the best towels they make. I am Turkish and I grew up with Turkish towels! They are so soft, absorbent, lightweight, sand free! Use as a beach towel, bath towel, throw, shawl, scarf or travel blanket! @cappadociaturkishtowel is my friend company follow him! Turkish bath towels are the best.

Just look at the label to see where the towel was made. Not sure why but Turkey is known for their towels. Hi folks, I'm looking for recommendations on towel brands that are durable and good quality.

I've seen the past threads recommending bath sheets; however, I can't seem to find a consistent brand that is shared. I'm hoping to purchase a complete set with bath sheets, hand towels, and face towels. Bring a towel that works as a towel be that linen, or turkish or even a cotton hand towel or a shammy or a stinky polyester backpack towel (ick), if you think you even need one because most hotels and guest houses will have them.

Turkish towels are so interestingly priced. I see some up to 80$ on certain websites, but a lot of the ones I see on Etsy are only 5-20$. I looking at towels especially by the sellers TurkishTowelDesign and TurkishDowry.

Are these turkish towels about the same quality despite the cost? They all say organic cotton on them. Egyptian Cotton is well known and also used in Turkish Towels though they are well known, 8 didn't know any specific brand from Turkey, but 5Star Hotels use actually very often Frette, which is an Italian Brand. I actually use a Turkish Hammam Towel while travelling bc it absorbs good and doubles as a Sarong permalink embed [-] LifeofSMILEY [S] 1 point2 points3 points 27 days ago (0.

Turkish towels can be a great solution for humid bathrooms and weather. They dry faster than your typical plush bath towels with long, and fluffy fibers (which can take hours to dry after a single use). Turkish towels, on the other hand, are thinner and lighter-making them a better option for those who need a dry towel ASAP.
