Our residents include veterans, seniors, individuals on disability, youth aging out of the foster care system, people with disabilities, small families and individuals who are in danger of losing housing or have. What is Hub City Village? Hub City Village is the actualization of the efforts of Creating Housing Coalition and countless volunteers and supporters throughout the community. It is the first tiny house community in Albany, Oregon that addresses the needs of those in the community that are unhoused or in unstable housing. The village is based on a cooperative self.

The village is built in stages with individual tiny houses in various stages of construction. Framing is complete on the south side of the village. Time to put up the walls and start the roof on the south side.

Over time we seek to create a compassionate, connected network of communities throughout the Mid Willamette Valley where dignity is afforded to everyone.
