Issue is that it's in a bathroom with a narrow entry so it really should be ~15" deep with maybe a little more can stick out if including sink (19"). Where do you buy your vanities? We bought a small one from home depot for our rarely-used 1/2 bath, but I am not thrilled with the quality particle board, ugh. I'm looking for something that's more durable for our high-use bathroom, what stores/brands do you recommend? My budget is $1k for a single sink 48" vanity.
Thanks! Small bathroom- vanity ideas/solutions Final stages of renovating a 120 year old house. I'm in search of an odd shape bathroom vanity for a long but narrow bathroom.
It wouldn't be to code if built today but it is an existing wall. Ideally a 14" depth sink/vanity combo would be ideal but I cannot find anything, or it is in the $1,500 range. I have a long but narrow powder room (about 11' x 3').
The entry door is on one of the short walls, and the toilet drain is at the other end. So I have no choice but to put the bathroom vanity along the long walls. I'm trying to source a shallow vanity that is at most 12" deep, but still has a good width of at least 24" or 30".
Very narrow bathroom cabinet (and maybe vanity?) I want to add a cabinet to my bathroom. Right now I just have a metal shelf which I like but I think the amount of stuff I have makes it look tacky as open storage. Any suggestions on how to fix our problem of the bathroom sink/counter being too high? The previous owner put in this awful vessel sink that is 41.5" from the ground.
The main problem is that there is only 15" from the back wall to the door frame for counter space, making it impossible to find a drop in sink narrow enough to fit.
