RainyDay is a financial management app designed to help you achieve your financial goals. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. This Privacy Statement outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RainyDay app. By using our app, you agree to the practices described in this statement.
You can delete your RainyDay account and all associated data at any moment. You can do this by signing in to your account in the app, navigating to the Settings page ("gear" icon in the top right corner, right after signing in), and clicking the button with text "Delete Account". Any identifiers issued by either Google or Apple identifying any subscription purchases you made, along with an identifier issued by either Google or Apple identifying your account Google/Apple account, will not be deleted. This is to ensure deleting your account does not affect any subscription purchases you have made, allowing you to recreate your account and retain access to your purchase. If you revoke RainyDay's access to your Google/Apple account, this account identifier is useless and can not be used by us to identify you in any way. If you wish this data to be removed, you can e-mail us at support@apprainyday.com. Besides this data, all your data will be deleted and there will be no trace of you left on our servers.
RainyDay allows you to sign in using your Google or Apple account. From these accounts, we collect their unique identifier, your email address and your name.
RainyDay allows you to connect your bank account for a comprehensive financial overview. This data concerns bank transactions and bank account balances, and is provided by GoCardless Ltd., a third-party service. This data is stored securely on our servers, allowing for faster access.
We use your personal information to create and manage your RainyDay account, ensuring a personalized and secure experience.
We use your financial information to provide you with a list of bank transactions which is updated automatically. We provide tooling to allow you to categorise these transactions, mark transactions as reimbursements for other transactions, view your financial situation in a clear overview, and more.
We may use anonymized data for statistical analysis, advertisement success tracking, and to improve our services. This data will not identify you personally.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal or financial information to third parties.
