MENDELIAN. Latest improvements
Until now our
knowledge base about rare diseases symptoms, diseases and genes, was only updated manually once a month. In the last few months we have implemented improvements so that this update is continuous, and synchronized with our diagnostic tool mendelAPP. In this way we hope to offer a better service to the rare disease community.
Rare disease experts
In the latest version we have integrated data from external sources when available with rare disease experts into the contents dedicated to each of the syndromes we have in our database. This content was previously hosted on separate pages. However, at the request of our users, we have included it in the card of each disease to make it easier to consult.
Visibility optimization
Our goal has always been to offer the best possible content. That is why we have removed from search engines like google and others the contents of our knowledgebase about rare diseases that were not large enough or deep enough to be relevant. In this way we ensure that all those who discover Mendelian through a search engine find quality and relevant content for their interests.
Optimization of product description pages
We have slightly modified the landings of mendelAPP and mendelTest, in order to avoid confusion among users as to which is their ideal tool, and what they should expect from it. Especially in our application oriented to health professionals.
Collaborators interested in rare diseases
One of the big changes, and one of which we are most proud, has been to include on the front page all the institutions that have trusted us as investors or collaborators in recent months, and that are the ones that have allowed Mendelian to offer you the best results for the diagnosis of rare diseases.
