Terms of Use – Resolve Assistant

1. Service owner

This web service (“Resolve Assistant” or “the application”) is owned by Jérôme Juan (“the Owner”).

2. Purpose of the service

Resolve Assistant is an application that allows users to create an account, log in and submit queries that are answered automatically based on documentation and other content. The service is provided “as is”, on an experimental basis and without any guarantee of specific results.

3. Registration and access

To use certain features you must create an account and provide data such as your username, email address and country.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the application lawfully, in accordance with applicable law and these Terms of Use. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful activities or to infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
• Make abusive or automated use that could affect the stability or performance of the service.

5. User content

Your questions and the answers you receive may be stored in order to:

• Display your conversation history.
• Improve your experience, for example by enlarging the context window of responses.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, inappropriate or that includes third-party personal data without their consent.

6. Limitation of liability

Resolve Assistant does not guarantee that the answers provided are always correct, complete or suitable for a specific purpose. The information and responses generated by the application should not be considered professional or personalised advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service or from decisions taken on the basis of its answers.

7. Changes to the service and to these Terms

The Owner may modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

These Terms of Use may also be updated. The current version will always be available in the application. Continued use of the service after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

8. Account cancellation

You may request deletion of your account and related data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Owner may suspend or cancel an account in case of misuse of the service, breach of these Terms or when required by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the use of the service will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
