Financial protect my personal
information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use
security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer
safeguards and secured files and buildings.
Where appropriate, we will use security coding techniques to protect against
unauthorized access to personal records, ensure accuracy and integrity of
communications and transactions, and protect member confidentiality.

Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and
non-financial companies.
lUSALLIANCE Financial has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and
non-financial companies.
lUSALLIANCE Financial does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to
you.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market
financial products or services to you.
lOur joint marketing partners include investment, financial product, brand
loyalty, credit card or insurance companies.
Other Important Information
For Alaska, Illinois, Maryland and North Dakota Members. We will not share personal information with
nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing - without your authorization.
For California Members. We will not share personal information with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or
for joint marketing - without your authorization. We will also limit our sharing of personal information about you with
our affiliates to comply with all California privacy laws that apply to us.
For Massachusetts, Mississippi and New Jersey Members. We will not share personal information from deposit or
share relationships with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing - without your authorization.

FEE SCHEDULE
ATM Withdrawals: $1.00
Restart`s account holders are encouraged to use the surcharge-free network. If you use an ATM machine
that is out of surcharge-free network there will be $1.00 fee per withdrawal.
Foreign Debit Card Transaction: 1% of transaction
If you make a purchase with a merchant outside of the United States, there is a foreign transaction
fee. The fee is equal to 1% of the transaction amount. Visa charges us this fee and we pass it along.
Stop Payment: $12.00
We manually process stop payments on requested items, and charge $12.00 per item.
Check Withdrawal: $1.00
We manually process checks submitted in the “Mail a Check” section of the Restart app. We charge a
$1.00 fee for this process.
