F10's called it "Active Front Seats." AFS would poke you randomly in the butt and back of the legs from the seat bottom. To tell the truth, it's kind of creepy at first. But, you get used to it and then end up liking it.
I guess that's true of a lot of initially creepy things, huh? It's for "active seat" it's essentially a slow massaging function. It inflates/deflates air bladders inside the seat bottom to shift your butt's weight back and forth slowly.
