Yesterday, LEGO Ideas announced some guideline changes for new projects on the website, effective immediately. LEGO Ideas is about to get bigger, more detailed, and better than ever! We want to empower all our amazing fan designers to unlock their next level of creativity and us to showcase the best and brightest of the LEGO Ideas community. We've listened to your feedback and are excited to announce some updates to our product ideas rules and guidelines: The maximum number of elements a build can.
Join the LEGO® Ideas community! Support the ideas you want to see become LEGO sets, or get creative and submit your own design! Explore, vote, and get inspired by fellow LEGO fans. LEGO Ideas has published new guidelines for fan-designed projects, including confirmation of the increased maximum piece counts for designs. LEGO Ideas is about to get bigger, more detailed, and better than ever with an increase in the maximum number of elements from 3,000 to 5,000, a minimum count of 200 elements for each submission, plus there's a new guide for minifigure.
The LEGO Ideas team have announced 75 product ideas have qualified for the Third 2025 LEGO Ideas review! This is about half the number of submissions from the last record-breaking round but there are some great selections here, leaving the LEGO Ideas team spoilt for choice when it comes to projects to bring to life. New Guidelines and moderation responses Archiving projects based on third-party properties commercialized through LEGO Ideas, including Hayabusa, Minecraft, Back to the Future, Mars Science Laboratory Curiosity Rover, Ghostbusters, The Big Bang Theory, Doctor Who, WALL E, Caterham, Adventure Time, Beatles, and Apollo missions. The LEGO Ideas team has announced changes to its rules and guidelines, including returning rights to fan designers earlier.
