The BMW XM and its links to the legendary BMW M1 are the focus of the latest launch from BMW and Ronnie Fieg's world-renowned lifestyle brand, Kith. The limited run, high. BMW, in its third partnership with New York City luxury clothing brand Kith, has debuted a special-edition XM SUV and a one-off custom 1981 M1 sports car at the 2024 edition of Miami's Art Basel.
The BMW XM x Kith Concept was announced at Art Basel in Miami alongside the legendary BMW M1, the only other pure M car to be produced. As part of the unveiling in 2024, Kith has also showcased Ronnie Fieg's 1981 BMW M1 E26, as well as the latest Kith for BMW collection of apparel and lifestyle products. The BMW XM features striking details inspired by the design of the legendary mid-engined sports car, such as the side accent strips, the two BMW emblems at the rear, and the louver structure of the rear lights.
2025 BMW XM by Kith: 47 units, historic color, exclusive details. BMW and Kith are extending their partnership as the companies have introduced a new XM concept at Art Basel Miami. It's designed to preview an upcoming production model known as the 2025 BMW XM.
BMW and Kith collaborated on a bespoke 1981 M1 E26. The coupé was designed by Kith founder Ronnie Fieg and will be displayed at Art Basel Miami Beach. Inspired by the one-of-one 2025 BMW XM Kith Concept, Kith and BMW have created a production version of the BMW XM -the 2025 BMW XM by Kith.
This production model will be offered in two color options, including the partnership-exclusive Frozen Techno Violet, as well as Frozen Black. As a nod to the number of years since the M1 debuted, only 47 units of the 2025 BMW XM by Kith will be produced.
