I fixed my P0171 and P0174 codes and wanted to pass along what I learned. I searched around the site when I was diagnosing and it was very helpful: When I got the codes (and rough idle), I searched for vacuum leaks and found the common one where the intake hose connects to the throttle body. The lean codes showed up a short while later (like a month after I bought the car).

Then it started throwing the P0171 and P0174 codes. I found cracked pipes, intake tubes, etc. Replaced those.

Found the fuel cap was actually broken, replaced that. In this video I go over the most common causes for the p0171 and p0174 codes. These codes are set by the o2 sensors detecting a lean condition on either of the banks.
