Spare Bedroom Blue Prince

An unfurnished, unfinished and otherwise unremarkable empty room. If there had at some point been plans for this spare room, it would seem those designs are now long forgotten. Spare Room is one of the rooms found in Blue Prince.

The Spare Room is unique in that it can be upgraded twice - once to change it to one of three different types of room, and once to give it an effect related to that. Each upgrade changes the Spare Room's color, causing it to benefit from interactions associated with that type. There are no other mechanical changes, although each upgrade does present its own cosmetic changes.

Spare Room: I haven't fully explored the options. I've done Spare Green to Spare Terrace twice now and it is hard to pick something else. The only downside is a Green Spare room will pollute the otherwise amazing Secret Passage to Green early trick.

I suspect some of the Bedroom ones may be even better. The Spare Room is the "meh" of rooms. It's not haunted.
