This file places the werewolf nose color in the "Brow Ring" category and includes the original game's nose color swatches. You can freely change the nose color. From the threads posting this it looks like it happens with a werewolf that was born into the game.
There's a work around with uploading to library, adding to CAS and cheating relationships back, but I haven't seen anything else. Gonna try this out, thanks for the heads up EDIT: Unfortunately, it doesn't solve all issues. - My original werewolf I created personally seems at least 90% fixed (I don't remember his eye contours being like that but it's whatever) - My other Sim who later got turned into a werewolf is only partially fixed, the nose used to have a pink mark, but it's entirely black now.

She was born in game but her parents (who were both originally human but were turned in game) I can change perfectly fine. WEREWOLF NOSE COLOR -- To reactivate your Nose Color Panel in the Noses category, you can randomize your Face (only Face is necessary), then exit and re-enter the Noses category to fix the misalignment of the reactivated Nose Color Panel and the Catalog.
