Date reveals that a body with a flower tattoo similar to Mizuki's. Making money is serious work in Yakuza 7. And you really need it to buy that new shiny weapon or craft one which will buff your attack crazy! Apart from side quests that do give you a lot of money, I also tried to find a mini-game which will help you earn the big bucks.
So far, the Oicho. Story Walkthrough Chapter 7 - The Dragon and the Koi A new clue has popped up: a body pulled out of Tokyo Bay with the same tattoo as Mizuki. Kiryu is heading to his old tattoo artist, Utabori II, to confirm it's his work.
Once you get there, the two of you will reconnect, but he'll deny that that tattoo is his work. So I've checked 3-4 different sites about this, there's supposed to be a guy next to the ladder near kinka bridge/pharmacy to access the gambling hall. But I don't see any NPC next to the ladder, bridge, or river.
