Teams Room Basic License
A Teams Rooms Basic license can be used to license a single certified Teams Rooms system in a room. If you want to log into more than one Teams Rooms system in a room using the same resource account, you need to use a Teams Rooms Pro license. Microsoft is now introducing new plans to replace the current Teams Rooms Standard and Teams Rooms Premium: the Teams Rooms Basic and Teams Room Pro. The biggest attraction of these changes is the fact that Teams Rooms can now be used for free, thanks to Teams Rooms Basic plan. If you were using the legacy license previously, it is recommended that you switch to Teams Room Pro because it includes the features from Teams Room Standard and Premium.

Compare Microsoft Teams Rooms Basic vs Pro licenses, including features, pricing, scalability, and which option best fits your business. On the Purchase services page, type in Teams Rooms in the search box and press enter. Select Details under either Teams Rooms Basic or Teams Rooms Pro.
Select the number of licenses you want to purchase in Select license quantity. Select how often you want to be billed under Select billing frequency and then click Buy.
