Yoko Dining's positioning alongside sister restaurant Greca is no coincidence. Restauranteurs Jonathan Barthelmess and Ben Russell follow the success of their restaurants across Brisbane and Sydney (including The Apollo Tokyo) and their own travels to the Japanese capital to open the Japan.
