Imposter LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the BrandCameo mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal data when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

No Account Registration: You are not required to register for an account to use BrandCameo. As such, we do not directly collect personal information such as name, email address, or phone number, unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, if you contact us for support).

1.2 Video and Logo Data

Video Content: When you create a video using the App, the video you provide is processed to generate an animated version of your logo. We do not permanently store your original video.
Logo Image: Your logo image is momentarily saved on our servers while the video is being generated. Once processing is complete, the file is permanently deleted.

1.3 Payment Information

BrandCameo allows you to purchase the removal of the watermark from your videos after your free quota. Payments and in-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers. All payment information is handled securely by the respective platforms (Apple or Google), in accordance with their privacy policies.

1.4 Usage Data

We may collect information about how you access and use the App. This data may include device information (such as device model, operating system version), log information (time and duration of usage), and other diagnostic data. This information helps us improve the performance and features of the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

To Provide and Maintain the App: We use your data to offer core functionality, such as generating animated logos based on your video and logo submissions.
To Improve Our Services: We analyze usage data to better understand user needs and to enhance the App’s features and user experience.
To Process Transactions: If you choose to make an in-app purchase, we use third-party payment processors (Apple or Google) to handle your financial information.
To Communicate with You: If you contact us, we may use your voluntarily provided contact information to respond to inquiries and provide support.

3. Data Retention

Temporary Storage of Logo Images: The logo images you submit are stored on our servers only for the duration of the video processing and then are permanently deleted.

Usage Data: We may retain usage data (e.g., analytics) for internal analysis. This data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of our App and is retained only as long as it is needed for such purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App, provide the App on our behalf, perform App-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our App is used. These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Business Transactions: If Imposter LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
