Bathroom Window At Front Of House

I don't know who thought it was a great idea to have the powder room bathroom window face the front of the house and on the main entrance but privacy is a major issue. I'd love suggestions how to have some privacy and have it look good. Thanks!

We are finalizing our house plan and ended up with the guest bath at the front of the house. The bathroom won't be used super often, and I value having the front elevation looking "normal" over having a weird window there that would be better for the bathroom.
