What I came up with was wearing costumes into the office, and an EOD party in the decorated "spooky" conference room where people in the office paint pumpkins as "treats", select "mystery" coffee pods (different flavors) as "tricks", and just eat sweet food together while streaming the Charlie Brown special. I like the small hats on a headband,so they're not as in the way as a full size hat. Every year my company throws a big party on Halloween, with all of the departments decorating their cubes + floors. Last year one floor did Arkham Asylum, it was incredible.
