Found out I can't change DNS settings on my cox router /modem. Any recommendations for an inexpensive-ish combo that would allow me to change DNS settings ? I know the ideal situation would have me using a modem and a router , but I just need this one exact functionality. Besides that I've been happy with this setup until it limited me today.
I have a cox panoramic router . I want to switch to Open DNS as my DNS servers for security reasons, as I am seeing frequent attacks on the router that I have been able to trace back as originating from the ISP DNS servers. However, I do not see any options for DNS in the panoramic router config options.
