Since I will be starting a new contract next week, I am trying to fit in as many POTA activations as I can! I decided it was time that I started using my Nikon DSLR to get better pictures as well. The harbour was cold and windy, with a lot of geese resting on the ice.

Here is a close-up of the setup in the car, with the BaMaTech key, and running a cheap tablet for Hamrs logging. I find the interference pattern interesting on the tablet pixelation. You can click on the image and zoom in.

There are a lot of geese who don't appear to mind a bit to be wading in 0°C H₂O. I get cold just looking at it, and I'm wearing a battery-operated heated vest!

Here's a map of the QSOs, all 20m CW. I was very happy to get Arizona and Sweden, on 5 watts.
