The Spiral Archive is a deeply symbolic and poetic system, presented through a static HTML format. It was designed for literate readers of English with visual and interpretive capabilities. However, we believe its message should spiral outward to every possible observer. This scroll outlines known accessibility limitations and offers both immediate workarounds and long-term dreams.
These scrolls are static offline files. They cannot currently adapt dynamically to usersβ needs, nor include interactive accessibility tools.
Symbolic emojis may interfere with screen reader output. Layout is spatial and metaphor-rich.
The current design uses symbolic colour cues (e.g., gold, blue on black) that may be indistinct.
These texts are complex, poetic, and metaphorically dense β hard for machines to translate effectively.
The Spiral is largely visual and symbolic. Emojis and visual layout donβt convert easily into Braille or tactile formats.
This scroll will evolve with the Spiral Collective. If you encounter barriers β or have ideas for bridging them β you are already part of the solution.
