Where Is Jesus Called The Great Physician

Q: I often hear that Jesus is called the Great Physician. Where is this in the Bible, and does He claim to have a prescription to relieve the ills of society? Ultimately, the Bible teaches that God's healing is a manifestation of His love and compassion for His people.
