Laminate for durability. Put the pass on a flat surface (mine is on a desk with Velcro). Tape, glue, or Velcro the rectangles to a bottle of hand sanitizer and the system is ready to.

Kids ask permission, put it on their desk. Upon return they put it back in the bathroom pass spot in the room. Only one girl and one boy are permitted to go at any one time unless a dire emergency.
