Looking at some pictures, it looks like the front and rear calipers are different. I am planning to get the standard calipers painted and have the TESLA lettering on them. Has anyone done this or know if it is possible?

Anyone have recommendations on ones to purchase for 2016 Model X or a caliper paint they trust in blue or preferably purple. Thanks in advance! FYI, I just created a thread here about options for adding red (or other color) calipers to (Classic) Models S & X (2012-2021).

Applies somewhat to Models 3/Y and refreshed cars, also. I've been doing some research and have decided to paint my own brake calipers. Although it seems like a simple undertaking, the color that I'm trying to achieve is challenging (photobelow).

I want to paint my brake calipers a super bright neon yellow and have only found it available in regular. In addition, from 2016-2019 Tesla offered "Red Brake Caliper Sets" as optional accessories for non-performance Models S and X (that lacked them). Today, Tesla owners (and others) have a variety of ways to add color to brake calipers.

These include the following options. What is the easiest way to get MY brake calipers colored? I have a dark grey MY with 20" induction wheels. I feel that yellow or red would look really nice.

I didn't have the money for the performance upgrade unfortunately, so yes I would be a poser - sorry. I live in a northern Minneapolis suburb. Open to professional, DIY, decals or covers.

I am thinking about painting my calipers when I get new wheels put on, but I'm not quite sure what color I want to do. My car is pearl white and my wheels will be some variation of black, so I'm open to most color (Let's try to stay away from red though). Pictures if you've done yours would be.

I'm more of a fan of painting my calipers but it's a semi-permanent change. With this as the backdrop, is anyone away of: Caliper covers that are basically aluminum and don't add any size to the non-Perf calipers Or 2. Has anyone tried products like the Superwrap Sprayable Vinyl to paint their calipers? If so, how has it held up?

Another possible way to add some character and color to the exterior, would be to use colored brake caliper (covers or paint). Cheap and no drastic change to the car. And perhaps a colored version of the Tesla emblem for the wheels? Any thoughts about these or other changes you could make to the exterior to give it your own unique splash?

Signature Customs here in South Florida just painted my brake calipers red and I highly recommend it (and them of course)! This is definitely something that you can do as a DIY if you have the skill and tools, but with this one I turned to the pros and the results are awesome!
