Took a wire brush and some touch up paint but wonder if anyone else has this problem? Drain plugs are not clogged. You HAVE to be persistent and you HAVE to read the above links as well, as you cannot go to Ford or a Ford Dealership "unarmed". Our 2012 Fusion SEL has all the rust issues mentioned in all these posts. Like others we didn't realize how bad it was until we went for tires and the jack points wouldn't take lift pressure. I was cleaning the car the other day and noticed that there were tiny bubbles under the paint near the driver side door seam in one area.
