Support for Salesforce Account Hierarchy

In the account view of Entitlement Summary and Activation Trend, you can view and select the 'Account Hierarchy' setup for the account. This allows you to see summaries and trends for the parent and child accounts in the hierarchy.

The data transformation recipes are optimized in this release for better performance.
