The release includes the following new features:

Data Enhancements

The following data handling improvements have been made to better handle the states of purchases in entitlements and line items in Sentinel EMS. Refer to the Sentinel Pulse User Guide for information about the dashboards:

Product Engagement and Entitlement Summary Dashboards

The dashboards include only entitlements and line items from Sentinel EMS that are in the Enabled (Completed) state. It does not include entitlements and line items in Draft, Disabled, or Closed states.

Activation Trend Dashboard

Entitlements and line items in the Disabled or Closed states appear in the bar chart only for the months or days they are in the Enabled (Completed) state. They are excluded while Disabled or Closed.

Account Mapping Enhancements

The following feature improvements have been made in this release:

Displaying Salesforce Account ID in Account Mapping

You can now view the Salesforce Account ID of the Salesforce account mapped to the Sentinel customer record, whether the mapping was automatic or manual. Refer to the Sentinel Pulse Installation Guide for instructions on displaying the Salesforce Account ID in upgrade scenarios.

Improved Handling of Account Hierarchy Filter in Sentinel Pulse

The Account Hierarchy filter now displays all Salesforce accounts, regardless of whether they are mapped to a Sentinel customer or not.
