Arrow Dispatch — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026 · Developer: Wes Frank · Contact: heywesfrank@gmail.com

Arrow Dispatch is a puzzle game for Android. This policy explains what information the app handles, and by whom. The short version: the game itself has no accounts and sends us nothing; ads and purchases are handled by Google services under their own policies.

Information we collect

We (the developer) do not collect, store, or receive any personal information from you. The app has no account system, no sign-in, and no server of ours that receives your data.

Your game progress (levels completed, coins, boosters, settings) is stored locally on your device only and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Anonymous gameplay statistics are also shared with Google Analytics for Firebase, as described below.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its certified ad partners may collect and process data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, coarse location, and diagnostic information about ad interactions. This collection is governed by Google's policies, not ours:

Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), a consent dialog is shown before ads are served, and ads are personalized only with your consent. You can reset or delete your device's advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate gameplay (for example, which levels players complete or where they stop) and to measure how well our advertising performs. Firebase may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location derived from IP address, device information, and in-app interaction data (levels played, ads viewed, purchases completed — never payment details). This data is processed by Google under its own policies:

Where consent is required (for example, in the EEA and UK), the consent dialog shown at first launch also governs how this data may be used for ad measurement.

Purchases (Google Play Billing)

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Purchase records (for example, "Remove Ads") are managed by Google Play and can be restored on the same Google account via Settings → Restore in the game. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google processes payment data.

Children

Arrow Dispatch is not directed at children under 13. The app's advertising is configured for a general (non-child) audience.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored game data. Data held by Google (advertising, purchase history) is subject to Google's policies and your Google account controls at myaccount.google.com.

Changes to this policy

If a future update changes what data the app handles (for example, adding online features), this policy will be updated and the effective date above revised before that update ships.
