SoundBloom Preschool Phonics ("the App") is a children's phonics and reading practice application for Android. This privacy policy describes how we handle information in connection with the App. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Information Stored on Your Device Only

The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party:

This data exists only on your device. It is not backed up to any server, and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the App removes all of this data.

Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

To improve the App's stability, we use Firebase Crashlytics, a crash reporting service provided by Google. When the App crashes, Crashlytics may automatically collect:

Crashlytics data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. It is processed by Google under their data processing terms and is not used for advertising or profiling. We have disabled Google Analytics and advertising identifier collection within the App.

In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (such as additional content packs). Purchases are processed entirely by the Google Play Store. We do not collect, see, or store any payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). Google's own privacy policy governs payment data. Our App receives only a purchase confirmation to unlock the content.

We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than those listed above.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

The only data that leaves your device is crash report data sent to Firebase Crashlytics (described in Section 3 above), which is used exclusively for bug fixing. No personal information about your child is included in crash reports.

All learning data is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in data storage mechanisms. No data is transmitted over the internet except crash reports, which are sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections to Google's servers.
