NFL ELO Rankings are Sports4Cast's proprietary team strength ratings, built on a game-by-game Elo model. Unlike win-loss records, they reflect actual performance — accounting for the quality of opposition, home advantage, and points margin. Elo points are won and lost with every result.

The Chg column shows the points movement since a team's last game. Rankings regress partially toward the mean each offseason to account for roster turnover.
