Conference columns show the probability of each finishing position within a team's six-team conference (North or South).

Finals columns show overall outcomes — TOP 6 and TOP 4 = finishes in the top six / top four of the combined standings, FINAL = wins its conference and so plays in the grand final, WIN = wins the championship.
