For version 3.3, you'll be greeted with an Accessories Configurator screen, letting you see a wide variety of models and configuration choices. The 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, X3, X5, Z3, and Z4 are included along with subcategories of the models. You can play with paint color, wheel rims, interior, communication, and other options.

See, some absolute hero saved two old versions of the BMW accessories configurators, letting you digitally play with a variety of late-1990s, 2000s, and very early 2010s BMWs once again. Granted, there are a few caveats here. Only two versions were saved, they don't cover any of the M models or offer any of the Individual colors.

BMW Build Your Own/Configurator. BMW's online accessory configurator is backdated to featured older cars, going back to the E92 3 Series coupe. I have been looking for ages for the older versions of the BMW Build Your Own/Configurator websites.

I think that it would be really cool to go back and build out many of the older models, see all the different factory options etc. I believe the online tool came out around the launch of the E90 in 2005.
