Hello, I wanted to know if any one of you have used the new Tesla j1772 wall connector for charging BMW iX at home and how is the experience? The BMW iX is capable of charging at 11 kW on household AC power, and up to 200 kW on DC public charging networks. A standard J1772 connector is used for home charging.

You need a Tesla to J1772 adapter. I bought one from Lectron to keep in my iX in case I need to top up at a Tesla home or destination (L2) charger. Note this will not work at superchargers.
