Bmw E46 Black Sapphire Metallic Color Code

When I bought my car, the dealer gave me a pair of touch-up paint bottles for my car (also black sapphire metalic). The label says: 475 Black Sapphire met. 51 91 0 302 045 So I think that means that the paint code is 475 (I think the other number is the p/n for the touch up kit).

While BMW now calls it Sapphire Black Metallic, the order used to be swapped around as this paint color was referred to as Black Sapphire Metallic for the E46 M3 CSL. The paint code and thus the paint remained the same. Out of the 2 available paint options Black Sapphire was the lesser chosen one (reportedly 1/4th were painted black).
