1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the TodaLinda mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.
3. License to use the app
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TodaLinda grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Third-party sign-in (Facebook, Google, Apple)
You may sign in to the App using third-party identity providers such as Meta (Facebook Login), Google or Apple. By signing in with one of these providers you authorize TodaLinda to receive the information described in our Privacy Policy (typically: name, email and a profile picture).
You can revoke access at any time from the security settings of the provider and request the deletion of the data we received via the corresponding provider on our data deletion page.
5. In-app purchases & subscriptions
The App offers optional paid features (the “Premium plan”), which can be acquired as a one-time purchase or as an auto-renewing subscription, processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, according to the device you are using.
- Prices, billing cycles and available plans are displayed at the time of purchase inside the App.
- Payment is charged to your store account at the moment of confirmation.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Removing the App from your device does not, by itself, cancel an active subscription.
6. Cancellation & refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. To request a refund, please use the corresponding store’s support flow. For consumer-rights questions in your jurisdiction, please contact us using the email below.
7. User content & conduct
You are solely responsible for any data you upload to the App (such as salon information, photos, schedules and reviews). You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or that violates the rights of third parties. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks and content created by TodaLinda, is owned by TodaLinda or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TodaLinda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may harm us, other users or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, cancelling any active subscription.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you inside the App or by another reasonable means. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The forum of São Paulo / SP is elected to resolve any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply.
