Penthouse Apartment With Exposed Brick Walls

Penthouse Apartment Foyer With Exposed Brick Walls

Industrial Chic**: Exposed brick walls evoke an industrial feel, perfect for penthouse apartments with a sleek, modern aesthetic. Visual Interest**: The rugged texture and varying colors of exposed brick walls create a visually appealing contrast to the smooth surfaces of a penthouse apartment's sleek design.

From the Listing: Take the key-locked elevator into this quintessential penthouse loft bathed in southern light and featuring beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls , and picture postcard views of the neighboring cast-iron facades and the Freedom Tower from the 5 enormous double-hung windows.

My master's degree in interior design probably won't change your mind, but the exposed copper piping, the dark blue kitchen, herringbone tile, etc, are all going to be associated with right now.
