Create the free learner account
Start from the Tashi Mini Adventure. If you are not signed in, choosing to enroll takes you to the free learner registration page.
- Open the Tashi Mini Adventure.
- Choose the free enrollment or start button.
- Enter the learner’s registration details and create a password.
- Submit the form. Tashi creates the account, enrolls the learner in the Mini Adventure, and sends them to the Dashboard.

Already have a Tashi account? Choose Log In instead. Do not create a second account, because progress belongs to the signed-in profile.

Enter the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the learner’s home. It keeps adventures, notes, creations, printables, rewards, and help in one place.
- After registration, choose Enter Your Dashboard if the welcome message appears.
- Open My Adventures.
- Find Tashi Mini Adventure and choose the card to open it.

Make sure the correct learner is signed in. Each learner only sees adventures, badges, and progress connected to their own account.

Try the Tashi Mini Adventure
The Mini Adventure has three short lessons. Each lesson follows a familiar rhythm: get ready, explore, try it, and celebrate.
- Lesson 1 — Meet Snoodles: read the story, do the Snoodle Shake, name a superpower, and draw.
- Lesson 2 — Snoodles Goes Loose: follow clues, explore the activity book, choose a path, and collect the Explorer Badge.
- Lesson 3 — Snoodles’ Big Finale: look back, celebrate, collect the Certificate of Imagination, and preview what can come next.

Grown-up tip: Join the movement if the child feels shy. Let them choose which activity to try first. A pause and return tomorrow is still successful progress.

Use the Course Player
The Course Player keeps the lesson path and controls together. Focus on one section at a time.
- Use the lesson list to see where you are.
- Tap the speaker control when a section has narration. Pause or repeat whenever helpful.
- Follow the page from Get ready → Explore → Try it → Celebrate.
- Open Parent Guide or Professional Tips only if they help today.
- At the bottom, choose Mark Complete. On the final lesson, choose Finish the Adventure! 🎉

If you leave the adventure: return to Dashboard → Adventure Home and choose a card under “Keep the Adventure Going.”

Celebrate the Explorer Badge
The Mini Adventure celebrates exploration—not perfection. In Lesson 2, the Explorer Badge recognizes opening the adventure, following clues, and trying.
- Complete the activity moment in the lesson.
- Enjoy the badge celebration when it appears.
- For saved achievement rewards, open Dashboard → Star Rewards.

Collect the Certificate of Imagination
The certificate makes completion visible and gives the learner a proud ending.
- Open Lesson 3: Snoodles’ Big Finale.
- Finish the celebration mission.
- Open Collect Your Certificate.
- Save or print the Certificate of Imagination if the learner would enjoy displaying it.
- Choose Finish the Adventure! 🎉 to complete the course journey.

Do a celebration dance, name one thing the learner persisted with, or choose a place to display the certificate.

Choose a membership when you are ready
Use the same Tashi account. Membership unlocks the complete adventure collection and member resources included with the selected plan.
- Choose View Membership Plans.
- Already registered? Choose Log In and use the same account.
- Select the plan that matches your setting and number of learners.
- Complete the required household or organization details.
- Complete secure payment, then return to the Dashboard.

Avoid a duplicate account. If you completed the Mini Adventure, log in with that account before choosing or completing a membership.

Quick help
If something does not look right
Try the smallest fix first. Your progress is connected to the signed-in account.
I cannot see the Mini Adventure.
Confirm the correct learner is signed in. Open Dashboard → My Adventures and refresh the page. Every newly created learner account should receive the free Mini Adventure.
The Dashboard shows another learner’s progress.
Log out, then sign in with the intended learner’s account. Each profile keeps its own adventures, rewards, and progress.
I left a lesson before finishing.
That is okay. Open Dashboard → Adventure Home and choose the card under “Keep the Adventure Going.”
I completed a lesson but did not see a badge.
Make sure you chose Mark Complete after the required activity. Check Dashboard → Star Rewards. If the reward is still missing, contact support with the account email and lesson name.
I have an account but the membership page asks me to register.
Choose the Log In option and use your existing Tashi account. Return to the membership selection after signing in instead of making a second account.
An adventure is locked after I chose membership.
Confirm the membership is active and the correct learner profile is signed in. Refresh My Adventures after a payment or invitation is completed.
