As you inhale, gently breathe in the feeling β or the word β Love.
Visualize this breath flowing from above your head, entering through your crown chakra, and traveling slowly down the center of your body along your energy line. Feel it arrive softly in your solar plexus chakra, just above your belly button. Let the love collect there.
Warm.
Steady.
Alive.
With each breath, feel that love expanding β moving outward into every cell of your body: moving through your head and face, down your neck and shoulders, into your arms and hands, through your chest and abdomen, down your legs and into your feet. Your entire body is now bathed in love.
π± Releasing What No Longer Serves
Now, gently invite any fear, anger, confusion, tension, or heaviness to return from your body back to your solar plexus.
There is no judgment. Only awareness. As you exhale, allow these energies to flow downward β through your chakra system, out through the soles of your feet, and into Mother Earth. See the Earth receiving everything with compassion.
Feel it being embraced, softened, and transmuted into love. Nothing is rejected. Everything is healed.
π Breathing in Love β From the Earth
Now reverse the flow. As you inhale, draw love upward from Mother Earth into your solar plexus chakra. Feel the steadiness.
The nourishment. The safety. Allow this loving energy to expand again through every part of your body. If you sense any
remaining blocks or heaviness, gently gather them back to the solar plexus. As you exhale, release them upward β through your heart, through your throat, through your crown chakra,
and out into the Universe. Trust that this energy is lovingly transformed into light.
β¨ Repeat this entire breathing cycle once more.
Even if you feel nothing at all, trust this truth:
Your body responds to intention.
Your cells recognize love.
You are now vibrating with healing energy.

Now, inhale once again. Visualize love flowing simultaneously:
downward from the Universe above your crown upward from Mother Earth beneath your feet. See these two streams meet and merge in your solar plexus. Feel the fullness of that convergence. Allow the love to ripple through your body
until every cell feels awake and radiant. Now gently guide this energy upward into your heart chakra. Feel its strength.
Its tenderness. Its compassion. This is the center of your being.
