Gymmies Parented is a joyful, movement-rich parent-and-tot gymnastics class for children ages 18 months to 3 years. This 45-minute program introduces little ones to the exciting world of gymnastics through playful exploration, hands-on learning, and positive parent participation.
\n\nParents or caregivers join their child on the floor to guide them through age-appropriate stations that build coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness. Each class features engaging circuits with soft mats, tunnels, beams, bars, and creative obstacles that encourage exploration and confidence in movement.
\n\nOur certified preschool coaches lead simple warm-ups, music-based activities, and fun skill challenges that support early motor development and listening skills. Families experience each milestone together as children learn to climb, jump, roll, hang, and safely navigate new challenges.

\n\nThis program introduces more structured learning while still embracing imagination, play-based activities, and age-appropriate challenges. During each class, children rotate through engaging stations on bars, beam, floor, trampoline, and vault.
\n\nCoaches lead drills that build balance, strength, flexibility, and body awareness—creating essential foundations for future gymnastics success. Athletes also begin learning to follow simple instructions, take turns, share equipment, and work positively within a group.
