\n Developmental classes operate year-round with continuous enrolment. Participation is by assessment only and registration is not available without prior evaluation. Athletes must receive an invitation before joining. Once invited, families are required to contact the office directly to complete placement in an appropriate class.\n

Program Information

Classes operate year-round with flexible enrollment when space becomes available.
\n
Once registered, athletes may begin attending their next scheduled class.
\n
Recreational coaches monitor athlete progress throughout the year and will recommend advancement when appropriate. This pathway supports safe skill development, confidence building, and long-term success in gymnastics.
\n
Athletes may continue training during the notice period after a withdrawal request has been submitted.
\n
The safety of athletes, staff, and families is a priority. All participants are expected to follow club policies and staff direction at all times.
\n
The Parent Portal provides access to schedules, account details, billing, absence reporting, and payment history.
\n

Policies
\n\n
\n
Billing: Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition, club fees, and any separate charges must remain current to maintain participation in programs and activities.
\n
Partial Months: Partial months are not refunded.
\n
Withdrawal: 30 days written notice is required to withdraw. All withdrawals are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Athletes may continue training during the notice period.
\n
Membership & Insurance: Membership and AGF Insurance fees apply annually from July 1 – June 30. These fees are non-refundable, mandated by AGF, and may be adjusted each year.
\n
Season Commitment Deposits: Season commitment deposits are non-refundable.
\n
Waivers: All athletes must have completed waivers on file before participating.
\n
Attendance: Athletes should arrive on time and be ready to participate. Missed classes are not refunded or credited.
\n

What to Bring

A labeled, non-spillable water bottle filled with water only.
\n
Hair ties and any personal necessities needed for training.
\n
No glass containers are permitted.
\n
\n\n
What to Wear
\n\n
\n
Girls: One-piece leotard preferred. Leggings and a fitted t-shirt are also acceptable.
\n
Boys: Shorts or joggers with a t-shirt.
\n
All athletes: Bare feet required. Hair must be tied back. No jewelry, hoodies, socks, shoes, belts, jeans, zippers, or loose items.
\n
Warts must be covered with tape.
\n

Use any empty cubby for personal belongings.
\n
Place shoes on the racks provided.
\n
Outdoor footwear is not permitted past the entrance area.
