You can submit this form via email (lanternwalkhoa@yahoo.com) or by placing it in the white mailbox in front of the Clubhouse.
Our maintenance staff is not permitted to enter homes or do side jobs during working hours. Please not put our staff in an uncomfortable situation and respect this rule. Thank you for your cooperation!
HO3 HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE
Each unit owner in Lantern Walk is required to secure an HO3 insurance policy annually per Article XV, Page 11 in our Declarations. (See the Organizational Documents Page for our Declarations) HO6 APARTMENT INSURANCE IS NOT THE CORRECT INSURANCE.
Please be advised that every homeowner must provide us with their current HO3 declaration page every year.
VIOLATIONS & SAFETY
We have a Violation Committee and a Parking Committee to help us keep our residents accountable for following the Rules and Regulations of our community.
Dog owners must pick up after their pets. Dogs are to be walked only in the street or the grass within 3ft the curb, no closer the units. Please help keep Lantern Walk a clean place to walk and play!
Repeat offenders will be sent to our attorneys and legal fees will be assessed.
CAR SAFETY & PARKING
The speed limit in our community is 15MPH. We prefer not to install speed bumps throughout our community, so help keep it safe for our residents, our children, and our pets!
Be sure to lock your vehicles & remove all valuables (including spare keys & key fobs). If you see someone who does not belong or is checking vehicle handles, please notify the police and the HOA. Report all suspicious people in our neighborhood to help us keep it safe!
There is no parking overnight on the streets. There are guest parking spaces available to handle overflow from visitors. Repeated violations of this rule will result in the car being tagged and towed at the owner's expense and a possible fine. Obtain a guest parking pass for visitors who need to park overnight in guest parking, which must be placed in the rear window of the vehicle. This pass is located on the Forms page.
DUMPSTER AREAS, BULK TRASH, & RENOVATIONS
When throwing out bulk items such as furniture and cabinets, do not put these items out until Sunday night for pick up early Monday morning. Additionally, these items need to be placed NEXT to the dumpster area. If you need the items disposed of earlier, it is your responsibility to arrange bulk item pick up.
All cardboard must be broken down. Please breakdown your boxes/cardboard items that are oversized and do not fit in the bin NEXT to the dumpster area.
When renovating, ensure your contract for services includes contractors hauling away all demolition materials and old appliances. If your contractor or appliance vendor will NOT do this for you, it is your responsibility to make arrangements for proper disposal.
We sincerely look forward to working with each of you to the betterment of our community. Please direct any requests or questions to lanternwalkhoa@yahoo.com.
