Anyways, I just got hired to do bathroom remodel sales for a home improvement company. Only took two interviews, one 10-15 minute one on the phone and then one hour long one in person. They do seem legit tho, they've been in business for 50 years and have a 4.8 on google from 700 reviews.
I'm about to start an entire bathroom remodel. Any tips or things you wish you had known before your remodel? How much for a bathroom remodel? (self.homeowners) submitted 4 hours ago by Big_Movie_4090 I live in Los Angeles County and want to do a bathroom remodel.
I want new walls, new floor tiles and the ceiling evened out because its partially slanted. The sink and bathtub are staying how they are. I have a background for the last few years in home remodeling sales, worked with windows and roofing and now I'm at an bath remodeling company.
Couple things I'll note, the people who say it's not real have never done it themselves or been at a company with a large amount of reps clearing good numbers. Selling, recruiting and blog spam will result in an immediate and permanent ban. The bath had old tile before, a bath tub and a small walk in shower which we demoed entirely and added a large walk in shower.Framed a small wall and a bench with an additonal shower. Hi! I am really wanting to remodel my master bathroom.
Get a new double vanity, tear out the tub and shower and create a new larger frameless glass shower, add some storage cabinets/shelves, and get new tile flooring. The space total is maybe 100 square feet. How much should it cost to remove a tub/shower from a condo and replace it with a shower like this plus glass doors/frame less? No other work in the bathroom, just the shower.
I got one quote which I think is high but it's the only contractor that even called me back ao now I'm trying to see how close is the one contractor that did give me an estimate. Go with a contractor. If you go to a kitchen and bath gallery or a flooring store they can recommend contractors.
You pay lowes and HD a give percentage to GC the job and most of the time the people have no experience other than knowing how to use a computer. Jimmy Cahill (Wildwood Builders) has done quite a few remodel/repair things for me including the kitchen. Planning on floors with him next year.
My friend used him for a stunner of a bathroom remodel. Happy to send you the contact info if you would like! Delightful guy and great team.
